If you can paint the words,
You need no previous thinking,
No deep and subtle phrasing.
If you can draw an idea,
You need no self-conscience,
No greater sense of evidence.
But I can’t paint, nor can I draw.
Those sketches on a blue paper,
Are only prints of a human scripture.
And if they leave a word behind,
Its not a meaning, just a sign.
A message failed to deliver,
Although received by a stranger.
